Ordering Online

Once you have found a product you wish to order, simply place it into your basket. When finished, you will be taken to a secure server where you will be able to purchase your products through PayPal.

Orders can be invoiced

If you are an educational establishment we can invoice you. if you would prefer this option then please contact us directly, as we cannot accept this type of payment through our online store. 

Cheque

If you would prefer to pay by cheque, then please contact us directly, as we cannot accept this type of payment through our online store.

BAC's Direct Credit is a simple, secure and reliable service, which enables organisations to make payments by electronic transfer directly into a bank or building society account. If you would prefer to pay by BAC's, then please contact us directly, as we cannot accept this type of payment through our online store. 


 

Can I cancel or change an order?

 

You can cancel or change an order at any time. Simply call our customer service on; 01530 277846 with your order details.


 

I want to order a site-centered map product, how do I go about doing so?

 

Our site-centered map products are custom made to your post-code so that your location is in the centre. We will provide the mapping centred on the postcode of your delivery address, if you would like to use an alternative post-code then please contact us after you have made your order.

How do I return items I've purchased?

Do I have to pay for returns?

 

We will refund all postage costs on damaged, faulty or incorrect orders, if the items you wish to return are none of the above then we are unfortunately unable to refund you the postage costs.


 

How much will I have to pay for delivery?

 

The delivery charges are as follows: 

  • Order value up to £20 = £3.80
  • Order value over £20 = £9.50 (small item)
  • Order value over £20 = £16.00 (large item)

 


     

    How long will it take for my item(s) to arrive?

     

    Please allow up to 2-3 working days for delivery, however, we generally dispatch orders received up to 1pm the same day

     

    Some products may require extra time for delivery and this will be stated on the item's product page.
